  1. Eligibility

    • Website and App Development

    All services are customized to the client’s needs and agreed upon via a written proposal or service agreement.

  3. User Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
    • Cooperate in a timely manner with approvals, feedback, and resources
    • Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  4. Payment & Billing

    All project pricing is quoted in advance. Clients may be required to pay:

    • A deposit before project initiation (typically 30–50%)
    • The remaining balance upon completion or in milestones, depending on the scope

    Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a fee or fine as defined in the client agreement.

  5. Intellectual Property Rights

    • We retain the rights to any proprietary methods, strategies, templates, or tools used in delivering our services.
    • Final deliverables become the property of the client once full payment has been received.
    • The client retains ownership of all content they provide.
    • Any stock images, fonts, or third-party software used may be subject to their own license agreements.

  6. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to keep any confidential information, including business strategies, client data, or proprietary insights, strictly private. We will not share or sell your information with third parties unless required by law.

  7. Revisions and Edits

    We offer a limited number of revisions for each deliverable (typically 2–3 rounds), which must be used within 14 days of delivery. Further revisions may incur an additional fee.

  8. Project Timelines

    Project durations are estimated based on client responsiveness and project complexity. Delays in feedback or payment from the client may extend the timeline. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

  9. Termination of Services

    Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with written notice. In such cases:

    • The client will be responsible for paying for all work completed up to the termination date.
    • Any unused deposit or advance payments are subject to review and may be refunded based on work already delivered.

  10. Refund Policy

    Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed work. However, if a project is canceled before substantial progress is made, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

  11. Disclaimer of Warranties

    We strive to deliver high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee:

    • Specific outcomes such as search engine rankings or social media engagement levels
    • Uninterrupted website uptime for hosted platforms
    • Immediate ROI or financial returns from marketing campaigns

    All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  12. Limitation of Liability

    Under no circumstances will Grow With Shah or its affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits or data) arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

  13. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

    We may use third-party platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Canva, or Shopify to fulfill our services. Each platform has its own terms and policies, which you must also agree to. We are not responsible for issues originating from third-party services beyond our control.

  14. Modifications to Terms

    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. You are encouraged to review them regularly. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
